0114-Day Right of Withdrawal
For standard (Universal) products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.
02Exception for Custom-Made Products
Under the applicable regulation, products made to the customer’s own specifications (including Custom in-ear monitors) are an exception to the right of withdrawal. Because these products are made to the measurements of your ears and cannot be sold to another customer, they cannot be returned.
This exception does not apply where a product is defective; in the case of defective products, the rights set out below are reserved.
03The Returns Process
To return a product covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Send your return request, together with your order number, to [email protected].
- Prepare the product complete, in its original packaging and with all accessories.
- Ship the product using the return code / courier instructions we send you.

04Refunds
The price of the product will be refunded to the payment method you used within 14 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
05Defective Products
If the product you receive is defective (a manufacturing or material fault), you may request free repair, replacement or a refund under the warranty. These rights also apply where a custom-made product is defective. For details, see our Support page.
