This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer, whose details appear below.
- Seller: EarFit — [trading name], METU Technopolis, Ankara · [email protected]
- Buyer: The customer whose name, address and contact details are given on the order form
02Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer through the EarFit website, whose specifications and sale price are stated in the order summary.
03Product, Price and Payment
The essential characteristics of the products, the sale price (including VAT) and the payment details are shown in the order summary. A summary of the pricing is as follows:

04Delivery
Universal products are prepared and dispatched subject to stock availability. Custom products are made after the ear impression/measurement process; the estimated production time is approximately 15 business days. Delivery is made to the address given by the Buyer via our contracted courier.
05Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason. However, products made to the customer’s own specifications (Custom) constitute an exception to the right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation and cannot be returned.

06Resolution of Disputes
In any dispute arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
