EarFit In Ear Monitors are custom-made using the ear mold that you send us as a reference. Therefore, we offer a limited 30-day warranty for fit issues. The production process is developed based on the ear mold sent by the user to ensure 100% fit. To reduce the possibility of fit issues, make sure that the ear molding process follows the ear molding guideline.
Ear molds have a unique structure like fingerprints, which means that EarFit In Ear Monitors cannot be used by a second user.
The usage experience of custom in ear monitors may differ from that of standard earphones. It may take some users a week to get used to the feel of the earphone.
Material defects in the outer housing or internal components and workmanship issues are covered by a one-year warranty from the original shipping date. Damage or breakage caused by EarFit instructions being followed incorrectly, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, or the modification of any part of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Cables are not covered by the warranty. If you experience a cable malfunction within 30 days, please contact [email protected]. Otherwise, please see the accessories page to order a replacement cable. Please check the FAQ page for more information.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties. The user is responsible for any customs duties that may be incurred. EarFit reserves the right to charge extra fees for customs duties incurred during warranty or service processes.
The repair or replacement provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. EarFit shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The human ear changes over time. Therefore, the guaranteed usage period of EarFit In Ear Monitors is two years. EarFit is not responsible for fit problems due to changes in the user’s ear structure after two years. If you are sending a repair that requires a new shell and it has been more than two years since the ear impression was taken, please send a new ear impression with your EarFit In Ear Monitors. Our Service Department will contact you within 5 business days of receiving your IEMs to obtain approval (with or without warranty) on a Service Quote. Payment will be required before any repairs or returns are made, and will be completed within 10 business days of receiving payment (if applicable)
